- Duties and Power of the Council
- The administrative and executive body of the organization who oversee the administration of all rules, regulations and policies of the organization and the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws
- The Heart Council Actively protects the organization from undue liability exposure through a regularly updated risk management policy and/or quality controls and communicates this policy to the general body and unaffiliated staff.
