Enter your information into the registration form. When completed, click the “Submit” button and pay your $150 Registration Fee. You will then receive an email stating that your registration is pending approval. Your application will be reviewed by the Heart Council. If approved, you will receive a second email with a link to the login page to gain entry into our National Website. Those who are not approved, will receive an email explaining why you were not chosen and a refund of your Registration Fee.
